Welcome to LeadLocker: Real Estate CRM (“LeadLocker,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).

Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the App.


2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form using industry-standard bcrypt hashing).
  • Lead & Client Data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, budget details, property preferences, and notes you enter for your real estate leads. This data is stored locally on your device.
  • Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used and session duration.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic and compatibility purposes.
  • Crash Reports: Anonymous crash and error reports to help us improve app stability.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

  • We do not collect your call logs, contacts list, or any data from your phone’s address book.
  • We do not access your camera, microphone, or location.
  • We do not track you across third-party apps or websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App and its core features (lead management, authentication, subscription management).
  • Process your subscription and manage billing through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase systems.
  • Send password reset emails via Resend (resend.com) when you request them.
  • Improve and personalize your experience within the App.
  • Communicate with you about important updates, security notices, or support responses.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Where Your Data Is Stored

  • Lead data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. It is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a sync or backup feature.
  • Account credentials are stored on our secure server, with passwords encrypted using bcrypt. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using device-level secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
  • Server data is stored on Replit infrastructure, protected by industry-standard security measures.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:

  • Password hashing with bcrypt
  • JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication with 30-day expiration
  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Secure token storage on-device

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your data to any third party. These services receive only the minimum data required to perform their specific functions.


6. Subscriptions & Billing

LeadLocker offers a 7-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month
  • Annual Plan: $99.99 per year

All billing is handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process or store your payment card information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are subject to the terms of the respective app store.

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.


7. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
  • Lead data is stored locally on your device and remains under your control. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear app data.
  • Reset tokens (used for password recovery) expire after 10 minutes and are permanently deleted after use.
  • If you delete your account through the App, your server-side account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 24 hours.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can do this directly in the App under Profile → Delete Account.
  • Portability: Request an export of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out: You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored lead data from your device.

9. Children’s Privacy

LeadLocker is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we become aware that a child under 17 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our records immediately.


10. International Users

LeadLocker is operated from servers that may be located in various countries. If you are accessing the App from outside those countries, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information as described in this policy.


11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we collect, use, disclose, and sell.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal data. We do not sell your personal data.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App or by email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
