1. General Disclaimer

ProList (“the App”) is provided by its developers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the App or its content. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

2. User Responsibility for Personal Data

ProList is a productivity tool designed to help you organize professional contacts and business leads. All client information entered into the App — including but not limited to:

  • Full names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Company information
  • Financial data (fees, currencies)
  • Social media profiles and website links
  • Personal notes and annotations

is entered, stored, and managed solely by you, the user.

We do not access, review, monitor, or control the content of any records you create within the App. You bear full and sole responsibility for:

  • The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any data you enter
  • Obtaining any necessary consents from individuals whose personal information you store in the App
  • Complying with all applicable data protection laws, privacy regulations (including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, KVKK, and PDPA), and professional obligations in your jurisdiction when collecting and storing third-party personal information
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your device and account
  • Any consequences arising from loss, breach, or unauthorized disclosure of data stored in the App

3. No Legal or Professional Advice

Nothing contained in ProList constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind. The App is a general-purpose organizational tool. You should consult qualified professionals before making any business, legal, or financial decisions.

4. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with certain third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat for subscription management. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. Their use is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to data stored in the App
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Device damage or malfunction
  • Any harm arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Data Loss

While we implement reasonable measures to support data integrity, ProList stores your data locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from:

  • Device failure, damage, or loss
  • Operating system updates or device resets
  • Accidental deletion by the user
  • Software bugs or unexpected errors

We strongly recommend that you maintain independent backups of any business-critical information.

7. App Store Compliance

ProList complies with the guidelines and policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or its features. App stores may remove, restrict, or modify access to the App at any time in accordance with their own policies.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers of ProList and their respective officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use or misuse of the App
  • Your violation of these terms or any applicable law or regulation
  • Your storage or handling of third-party personal data within the App
  • Any breach of confidentiality, privacy rights, or data protection obligations

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an update to the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notification. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

10. Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
