ProList is a professional contact and lead management application designed to help individuals and businesses organize their client relationships. 2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account and use the App, you may provide the following information:

- We do not collect the content of the client records you create (names, phone numbers, notes, etc.) on our servers

- We do not track your precise location
- We do not access your contacts, camera, or other device permissions without your explicit consent
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App: Delivering core features, processing your subscription, and enabling account functionality
- To improve the App: Analyzing usage patterns, diagnosing technical issues, and developing new features
- To communicate with you: Sending essential service updates, security notices, and subscription-related information
- To process payments: Handling subscription purchases through our payment provider, RevenueCat, and the respective app stores
- To ensure security: Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity or unauthorized access
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
The core data you enter in ProList — including all client records, notes, and personal information — is stored locally on your device using secure device storage (AsyncStorage). This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers by default.
4.2 Cloud and Third-Party Services
Certain functions of the App involve third-party services:
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect and process your device identifier and purchase history to manage your subscription entitlements. Please review RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple or Google. Their respective privacy policies govern payment processing.
- Expo / React Native: The App is built on the Expo platform, which may collect diagnostic and crash reporting data. Please review Expo’s Privacy Policy at https://expo.dev/privacy.
4.3 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your device.

- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account directly within the App under Profile → Danger Zone → Delete My Account. This action is permanent and irreversible
- Portability: Request a portable copy of your personal data where technically feasible
- Opt-out: Opt out of non-essential communications at any time

6. Children’s Privacy
ProList is not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are located outside the country where our servers are based, your information may be transferred to and processed in a different country. We take appropriate steps to ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
