END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using WTF Quiz? : Wait, What?! (“the App”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Magentic Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Subscription Terms
The App offers an auto-renewing subscription called WTF Quiz Pro at $4.99 per month.
- A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device and select WTF Quiz Pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, questions, branding, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Magentic Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (b) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (c) transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the App.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://magenticlab.com/wtf-quiz-privacy-policy/
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Magentic Lab does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magentic Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Apple
This Agreement is between you and Magentic Lab only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms shall govern.
